About Joseph
My passion for osteopathy ignited during my teenage years, while competing in track and field. A hamstring injury threatened to derail my season, but through the hands-on approach of an osteopath, I was able to not only recover, but was blown away by the ability to pinpoint the root cause of the injury.
Since then, I started to embrace osteopathy as an integral part of my lifestyle, utilising it to maintain day-to-day movement, and this enabled me to excel in both my training and work.
In my practice, I like to combine personal experiences with a holistic approach to health, movement, and wellness. Through joint articulation, spinal manipulations, muscular stretching, soft tissue massage, and the use of K-tape when appropriate, I am able to deliver individualised care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Recognising that hands-on treatment alone is not sufficient, I also advocate for building strong core foundations and incorporating movement into daily life. As a massive fan of Pilates (I dedicate 10 minutes to Pilates exercises every day without fail) you will find a lot of my rehabilitation treatments will include some form of Pilates movements, always tailored to the patient.

About Joseph
Central to my work and treatment philosophy is the belief that osteopathy extends beyond physical ailments and the physical body; osteopathy provides a space for reducing stress levels and fostering the parasympathetic nervous system’s response, thereby aiding in inflammation reduction.
I always aim to restore the patient’s confidence, and I enjoy being part of their journey back to optimal health!
