How long does delivery typically take once I place an order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you can expect your items to be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. We aim to process and dispatch your order as swiftly as possible to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner.
What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
All treatments are 60 minutes so please be mindful of this when putting money on the car parking meter.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied with it?
Yes, you can. We have a 14-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Who covers the postage costs for returns?
While we hope you’re delighted with your purchase, if you do decide to return any items, the postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the returned items are packaged securely and include all original packaging and tags.
How will I know if my return has been processed?
Once we receive your returned item(s) and they pass our quality checks, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method. This process can take a few working days, and we’ll send you an email confirmation once it’s been completed.
