Online Health Workshops
From May, we will be offering online health workshops / webinars via Zoom to help support you in all aspects of health.
We are very conscious that people are self-isolating or practicing social distancing so wanted to offer something easy and accessible that will had huge value to your health, during a time when you’re not able to physically come into clinic.
Some subjects we will cover include:
- Stress and anxiety
- Low moods and motivation
- Peri and post menopause
- Fertility, for both men and women
- Pelvic and cyclical pain
- Lower back pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Headaches and migraines
- Living in flow with your cycles
- Sleep
- Plus lots more!
As a team, we have collective experience of over 40 years in our areas of speciality, so will be bringing a dollop of that to each session to help support you in your health and self care routines.
Our aim is to give you simple, practical tools and techniques that you can easily do on a day to day basis. If you have any specific requests, please do get in touch!

These will take place as part of the “Sunday Self Care Series”, commencing in May 2020. They will be online via Zoom. Simply sign-up below to join the live webinar on the day or sign-up to watch one of the replays.
