So excited to announce that my wonderful patients and people of South Yorkshire have voted Urban Acupuncture as Best Acupuncture Clinic, 2018.

6 years ago, this became my sole passion and purpose; to help people achieve their most optimal level of health by combining Eastern traditions with Western concepts. Helping people like myself who previously banged on every door to try and find answers to debilitating, “un-explained” health issues.

And now I’m in the thick of it and loving every second. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! 🙂

I work so, so hard for each patient to help them find the answers they desperately seek, pioneering a voice that has previously gone unheard. But treatment goes way beyond the needles. It is my hope that my practice offers a bridge to self awareness in mind and body and a platform for revealing your most vital self.

This is no easy feat! I am CONSTANTLY investing in my education, geeking out on endless books and courses, traveling far afield to meet mentors and experts that can offer insight into individual cases, meeting with your consultants to understand fully what’s going on physiologically…

So where to from here?

Optimal health comes from a multi-treatment modality approach. That means, it’s not always just always about acupuncture (shock horror!). I am now working with a collective of health professionals, from consultants to nutritional therapists, to create unique, integrated health plans for women across South Yorkshire.

It is my belief that this is the future of health care, to work TOGETHER as specialist healthcare professionals! It is my ambition to become your biggest health advocate, so together we find answers and a solution.
