A specialist in Electro-Acupuncture and women’s health, I am passionate about helping women reclaim their fertile potential, regulate their cycles and manage chronic pelvic pain. It is my ambition to bridge the gender gap in the healthcare system by bringing together specialist practitioners that work together to help address your unique picture of health.
Post-graduate studies in advanced fertility acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, women’s health + functional medicine. I aim to help you join the dots and create confidence and clarity in your health + self.

I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve optimal health and wellness. I strive to provide gentle and effective care as I find great joy in helping patients achieve their best health. With a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and post graduate training in Fertility Acupuncture, I am equipped with a wide-range of advanced techniques to address your unique needs.
As a dental therapist, I also have a holistic view on dental / oral care, combining this with acupuncture to help with TMJ and pain.

I am passionate and driven about providing you the best treatment possible, integrating ancient techniques and knowledge with a modern approach.
Degree qualified and a member of the British Acupuncture Council, I am equipped and committed to treating to the highest standards. Previous experience in mental health and working with people in learning disabilities has helped to shape the foundation and passion for caring for people. From whatever background you come from, I aspire to provide conscientious and compassionate approach to treating you.
TCM Herbalist
BSc (Hons), MSc (Hons)
Chinese herbal medicine practitioner with a BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine and an MSc in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster. She has been in practice since 2009 and spent more than a decade in London, working in some of the most established Chinese medicine clinics. She specialises in women’s health and fertility, and offers online herbal consultations.
Nutritional Therapist

Registered Nutritional Therapist Practitioner in Sheffield specialising in gut health, IBS, bloating, digestion, hormonal balance, women’s health, fatigue and sleep support. Heather is passionate about helping clients restore digestion, rebalance hormones, lift energy and improve sleep through evidence-based nutritional therapy that is practical, non-restrictive and designed to fit real life.
Nutritional Therapist

Elly specialises in fertility and reproductive health, offering personalised nutrition and lifestyle support for natural conception, IVF and PCOS. With an MSc in Nutritional Therapy & Practice and advanced fertility training, she combines an evidence-based approach with the empathy that comes from her own experience of PCOS and IVF.
Her warm, practical approach helps women and couples feel informed, supported and more confident in nourishing their health throughout their fertility journey.
