Meet Heather
BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist Practitioner in Sheffield specialising in gut health, IBS, bloating, digestion, hormonal balance, women’s health, fatigue and sleep support.
I’m passionate about helping clients restore digestion, rebalance hormones, lift energy and improve sleep through evidence-based nutritional therapy that is practical, non-restrictive and designed to fit real life.
I have a special interest in gut health and personalised, food-first nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change.
My approach is investigative, inclusive and collaborative. I work to identify root causes and create clear, tailored nutrition and lifestyle plans, incorporating functional testing and targeted supplements where appropriate. I prioritise sustainable habits, compassionate support and behavioural coaching to help my clients build confidence and achieve lasting results.
I offer both in-clinic appointments in Sheffield and online nutritional therapy for clients across the UK.
Areas commonly supported:
• Gut health (IBS, bloating, digestion support)
• Hormonal balance & women’s health
• Low energy, fatigue & poor sleep
• Mood health & stress support
• Reducing inflammation & building sustainable eating habits
I have been living with Ulcerative Colitis since 2012. In recent years, I had been experiencing persistent tiredness, poor sleep, low motivation, and joint pain. I found Heather to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and I left our consultation with a plan that felt both achievable and empowering – one that not only nourished me but also reignited my motivation and sense of accountability.

Client Testimonial
Offering a multi-faceted approach tailored to you.
I firmly believe that adequate nutrition is essential at all stages of our life. However, what I often emphasise is that it is only on of the pillars of health. Physical, mental and emotional health are all intrinsically linked.
As part of the holistic approach that nutritional therapy innately promotes, it is necessary to take into account the other factors present in our life that can have a positive or negative influence in order to form a complete picture. What we consume other than food, lifestyle, internal and external stressors, our environment, any genetic predisposition and so on.
A multifaceted approach that encompasses all aspects of health and has you, a unique individual, at its centre.
