Understand your pelvic health
Pelvic Pain Assessment
Pelvic pain, period changes, bowel or bladder symptoms, or discomfort with intimacy?
Bring the patterns together and take a more informed next step.
When symptoms overlap, it can be difficult to know where to start. Perhaps your pain follows your cycle, happens between periods or appears alongside bowel, bladder or sexual discomfort. You may already have a diagnosis, or still be looking for answers.
The Life + Lemons Pelvic Health Assessment helps you bring your symptoms, health history, previous investigations and unanswered questions into one place.
You do not need to know what is causing your symptoms to take the first step towards understanding them.
This assessment provides education based on the answers you select. It cannot diagnose a condition, rule one out or replace an individual medical assessment.
You will answer 18 core questions, with relevant follow-ups, then receive a summary of the patterns you described and links to the education guides that fit your answers. More than one theme may be relevant.
You do not need to be menstruating or have a confirmed diagnosis to complete it. Choose the answers that best reflect your current experience.
What will you discover?
- The symptom patterns you have described, including cycle, bowel, bladder and intimacy-related themes.
- Relevant education guides to help you understand these themes and recognise when medical advice is needed.
- Practical next steps and useful questions to take into a GP, specialist or pelvic health appointment.
Ready to bring the picture together? Answer as honestly as you can. You can move back to review your answers. We will ask for your name and email before showing your results; joining our newsletter is optional.
This is not an emergency assessment. For severe or worsening pelvic pain, or pain with faintness, difficulty breathing or heavy vaginal bleeding, call 999 or go to A&E. If you have pelvic pain and may be pregnant, or have fever, unusual discharge or difficulty passing urine or opening your bowels, seek urgent medical advice from NHS 111. If you are 20 weeks pregnant or more, contact your maternity unit.
