- Acupuncture Initial Treatment + Consultation with Kimberley £120 | 90 min
For new patients seeking support with fertility, IVF, pelvic pain, or hormonal health. We begin the session with a 45-60 minute in-depth consultation to explore your symptoms, menstrual cycle, medical history, and lifestyle. Kimberley will then create a personalised, evidence-informed treatment plan to support hormonal balance or enhance fertility. The second part of this is dedicated to your first acupuncture treatment, a gentle one to introduce your body to the process and assess your initial response.
- Fertility Support Pathway £360 p.m
A focused 3-month fertility support pathway for those trying to conceive naturally or in preparation for IVF or ICSI. This pathway supports fertility by calming the nervous system, improving pelvic blood flow, neuromodulation (think hormones!) and immune regulation (think implantation + pregnancy support!). Each visit, care is planned around your menstrual cycle. Using acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and moxibustion where appropriate, we support both the physical demands of fertility and the emotional strain that often comes with it. Your treatment plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted based on how your body responds, so care stays relevant and purposeful at every stage.

This is a 3-month pathway designed for people experiencing hormonal disruption such as irregular cycles, PMS, painful periods, post-contraceptive symptoms or perimenopausal changes, who want more than symptom-by-symptom management. Rather than treating hormones in isolation, this pathway focuses on restoring regulation across the nervous system, endocrine system and cycle rhythm. Treatment is planned around your individual presentation of health and adjusted over time, allowing space for real hormonal recalibration rather than short-term fixes. Using acupuncture and electro-acupuncture where appropriate, this pathway aims to improve cycle regularity, reduce hormonal symptoms such as pain, mood changes and fatigue, and support long-term hormonal stability. This pathway is ideal for those seeking structured, supportive care that looks at the whole system of health rather than chasing individual symptoms.
- Pelvic Pain Recovery Pathway £360 p.m
This is a specialist 12-week pathway for people living with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis and cyclical gynaecological or bladder pain who are tired of managing symptoms without changing the pattern. Rather than ad-hoc treatment, this pathway offers a clear, cycle-led plan that targets the key drivers of pelvic pain: nervous system sensitisation, inflammation and immune dysregulation. Care is timed to your individual flare points, such as ovulation, pre-menstrual or bleed phases, and includes structured treatment, flare support and ongoing clinical oversight. Using acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and adjunct therapies where appropriate, the aim is to reduce pain intensity and frequency, improve predictability across the cycle, and support longer-term pain recovery, not just short-term relief. This is a specialist, cycle-aligned acupuncture support package for those undergoing IVF, FET or IUI, designed to optimise outcomes at each key stage of treatment. It includes 6 treatments, with 3 strategically timed sessions (post-collection, pre-transfer and post-transfer) alongside additional treatments to support regulation, blood flow and nervous system balance throughout your cycle. Using acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and adjunct therapies where appropriate, this pathway aims to support implantation, improve endometrial receptivity and regulate the stress response. Red and near-infrared light therapy is included where clinically indicated, including advanced techniques. Designed for those who want structured, targeted support rather than ad-hoc sessions. - Functional Test Review £45
30-minute online consultation for existing clients who would like help interpreting results from a recent medical or functional test. After your consultation you will receive a written report explaining the test results. Please note: this service does not include personalised advice. If you would like to receive a treatment plan based on your test results, please schedule a 60-minute Functional Test Review + Consultation instead.

This appointment will kick off your nutritional journey if you want a quick reset. In a 90‑minute session we’ll review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and diet, then co-create a personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan with achievable, measurable steps. Supplement suggestions cannot be included in this session. (This can be upgraded to any follow-on package if you choose to continue.)
- Nutrition Foundations Pathway 305
A 3‑session pathway (one 90‑min initial + two 45‑min follow-ups) for focused, ongoing support over 3 months. Includes a full health assessment and a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you feel your best. Over these sessions we’ll assess your progress and fine-tune your plan, adding guidance, recipes and resources as needed.
