The complete range comprises 4 essential oil candles to reflect each phase of a woman’s menstrual cycle; Inner Spring, Inner Summer, Inner Autumn + Inner Winter.
Inner Winter Votive Candle | This reflects the menstrual phase {cycle day 1-5 approx.}. Notes: Top notes of mandarin and orange, heart energising touch of warming and spicy nutmeg, warming stimulating cinnamon and spicy stimulating, warming, clove and base notes of patchouli and tonka.
Inner Spring Votive Candle | This reflects the follicular phase {cycle day 6-13 approx.}. Notes: Top notes of mandarin and orange flower herbal heart of lavender, ho wood (which has a spicy, floral, earthy aroma) nutmeg, and jasmine, woody base notes of patchouli, cedarwood and tonka bean.
Inner Summer Votive Candle | This reflects the ovulatory phase {cycle day 14-21 approx.}. Notes: Zesty orange, mandarin and ripe green bergamot infused with herbaceous lavender and chamomile accords.
Inner Autumn Votive Candle |This reflects the luteal phase {cycle day 22-28 approx.}. Notes: A rich woody blend of cedarwood and earthy patchouli infused with a green herbal floral heart of sweet geranium and ylang ylang, smooth vetivert.
