Women’s Health + Fertility Pathways
Fertility Pathway
A phased pathway of acupuncture and integrative support for fertility
Fertility support is not a single intervention. It is a process that unfolds over time, focused on restoring balance, regulating the nervous system, and creating the internal conditions needed for conception.
The Fertility Pathway offers structured, ongoing support for individuals or couples preparing for pregnancy, whether conceiving naturally or alongside IVF or ICSI. Treatment is delivered in phases, allowing care to evolve in response to your body, your cycle, and your wider health picture.
The Pathway Phases
Phase 1: Regulation and Grounding
This foundational phase focuses on nervous system regulation, sleep, energy, and stress resilience. Many fertility challenges sit alongside long-term stress, inflammation, or depletion. Creating stability here allows reproductive support to be more effective later.
Phase 2: Cycle and Hormonal Support
Once regulation is established, treatment becomes more cycle-specific. This phase supports ovulation, luteal phase health, uterine and pelvic blood flow, and hormonal signalling. Electro-acupuncture and moxibustion may be introduced where appropriate.
Phase 3: Optimisation and Conception Support
Treatment is adapted to support conception readiness, including cycle timing, assisted reproduction protocols where relevant, and nervous system regulation during waiting periods.
What’s Included
12 specialist fertility acupuncture treatments, delivered across the pathway phases
Red Light Therapy and PEMF alongside sessions where clinically appropriate
Review of past fertility tests and investigations before your initial consultation
One 30-minute functional test review (e.g. thyroid, DUTCH, vaginal microbiome)
Four months access to Fertile Foundations, supporting nutrition, lifestyle, and cycle awareness
10% off in-house supplements and products while on the pathway
Is this pathway right for me?
This pathway is suited to those looking for ongoing fertility support rather than a one-off treatment.
It may be right for you if:
You are trying to conceive naturally or alongside IVF or ICSI
Your cycle feels irregular, painful, or hormonally challenging
Stress, fatigue, or nervous system overload are part of your fertility picture
You value a structured approach with regular review and adaptation
This pathway may not be suitable if you are seeking a quick fix or a single intervention for complex fertility concerns.
What commitment looks like
This pathway works best with consistency and collaboration. Commitment includes attending treatments regularly, engaging with supportive lifestyle guidance, and allowing time for gradual change. Progress is often cumulative rather than immediate.
What you can expect
Early changes often include improved sleep, stress regulation, and energy. As treatment progresses, cycle awareness and symptom patterns may become clearer and more stable. Later stages focus on optimisation and resilience. Progress is not always linear, and treatment is adjusted as your body responds.

Hormonal Health Pathway
Regulate, Restore, and Realign Your Hormonal Health with Acupuncture.
A phased pathway of acupuncture and integrative support for hormonal health
Hormonal symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause symptoms, PCOS, endometriosis, and ongoing menstrual concerns are often influenced by stress load, nervous system regulation, inflammation, and overall physiological resilience.
The Hormonal Health Pathway is designed as a supportive journey rather than a fixed course of treatment. It provides structured, ongoing care that adapts as your body responds, allowing us to work with your hormones in a realistic, sustainable way over time.
How this Hormonal Health Pathway Works
This pathway is delivered across clear phases, each with a specific focus. While the number of treatments is outlined, progress is guided by regulation, response, and adaptation rather than reaching the end of a set number of sessions.
Phase 1: Regulation and Nervous System Support
This phase lays the foundation for hormonal change.
Treatment focuses on calming the nervous system, supporting sleep, stabilising energy, and reducing stress load. Many hormonal symptoms are maintained or worsened by chronic stress and dysregulation, which can interfere with hormonal signalling and cycle feedback loops.
Acupuncture in this phase prioritises:
Nervous system regulation and stress resilience
Sleep quality and energy support
Reducing inflammatory load
Establishing cycle awareness and baseline hormonal rhythms
This phase creates the conditions for hormonal treatments to be more effective.
Phase 2: Hormonal Rhythm and Cycle Support
Once regulation is established, treatment becomes more hormone-specific.
This phase focuses on:
Supporting menstrual regularity and ovulatory patterns
Reducing PMS and cycle-related symptoms
Supporting hormonal transitions such as perimenopause
Addressing patterns associated with PCOS or endometriosis
Electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, and targeted protocols are introduced or adapted based on your symptoms, cycle, and test results where appropriate.
Phase 3: Stabilisation and Long-Term Balance
The final phase supports stability and long-term resilience.
Treatment is refined to:
Maintain symptom improvement
Support hormonal transitions with greater ease
Improve tolerance to stress and lifestyle demands
Reduce symptom flare-ups over time

Is the BALANCE Hormonal Health Pathway right for me?
This pathway is suited to those seeking ongoing hormonal support rather than short-term symptom relief.
It may be a good fit if:
You experience irregular, painful, or symptomatic cycles
You are navigating PMS, perimenopause, PCOS, or endometriosis
Your symptoms are influenced by stress, fatigue, or burnout
You value a structured approach with regular review and adaptation
You are willing to engage with treatment and supportive lifestyle guidance
It may not be suitable if you are looking for a single treatment to resolve complex or long-standing hormonal concerns.
What commitment looks like
This pathway relies on consistency and collaboration.
Commitment includes:
Attending treatments regularly
Engaging with lifestyle, cycle awareness, and nervous system support where recommended
Communicating symptom changes and responses to treatment
Allowing time for gradual change rather than expecting immediate resolution
This is not about perfection. It is about participation and continuity.
What changes you may notice and when
Change often occurs in stages.
In the early weeks, many people notice improvements in sleep, stress tolerance, digestion, or overall regulation. This reflects the initial nervous system focus.
As treatment progresses, cycle-related symptoms such as PMS, pain, or irregularity may begin to soften. Energy levels often stabilise and hormonal patterns become easier to track and understand.
Later stages focus on maintaining improvements, reducing flare-ups, and supporting hormonal transitions with greater resilience. Progress may fluctuate, and this is normal. Treatment is adjusted in response to how your body evolves.

Pelvic Pain Recovery Pathway
A cycle-led, phased pathway using acupuncture for pelvic pain and bladder / gynaecological pain conditions.
Pelvic pain is rarely just a local issue.
Chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis and cyclical gynaecological or bladder pain are often driven by a combination of inflammation, immune dysregulation and nervous system sensitisation. Over time, repeated pain can alter how the nervous system processes signals, making symptoms more persistent, cyclical and difficult to resolve with isolated treatments.
Many people seek acupuncture for pelvic pain after trying medication, hormones, physiotherapy or surgery, only to find that relief is short lived. This is not a failure of treatment rather it reflects the need for structured, cycle-led and responsive care that addresses the full pain picture.
The Pelvic Pain Recovery Pathway is designed as a guided recovery process rather than a series of one-off appointments. It provides continuity, flare support and clinical oversight, allowing acupuncture and electro-acupuncture to be used strategically across the menstrual cycle.
How Acupuncture for Pelvic Pain Works in This Pathway
This pathway delivers acupuncture for pelvic pain across clear clinical phases, each with a specific focus. While the number of treatments is outlined, progress is guided by regulation, response and adaptation, rather than simply completing a set number of sessions.
Treatment is timed to your individual cycle and symptom pattern, recognising that pelvic pain often flares around ovulation, pre-menstrual and bleed phases.
Phase 1: Regulation and Dialling down
This phase lays the foundation for effective acupuncture treatment for pelvic pain.
Chronic pelvic pain is strongly linked to nervous system dysregulation, where pain pathways remain sensitised and over-reactive. In this phase, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture focus on calming pain signalling and reducing overall physiological load.
Treatment prioritises:
- Nervous system regulation and pain safety signalling
- Reducing pain sensitivity and central sensitisation
- Supporting sleep, energy and stress tolerance
- Calming inflammatory activity that amplifies pelvic pain
Many people notice early improvements such as improved sleep, reduced background tension or fewer sudden pain spikes. This phase creates the conditions for deeper pain modulation.
Phase 2: Immune and Inflammatory Modulation
Once a degree of regulation is established, acupuncture for pelvic pain becomes more targeted.
Pelvic pain conditions often present with immune or inflammatory patterns, even without a formal autoimmune diagnosis. This phase focuses on addressing these drivers while continuing nervous system support.
Treatment may focus on:
- Modulating inflammatory signalling linked to pelvic pain
- Supporting pelvic circulation and tissue health
- Reducing cyclical swelling, congestion or pressure
- Targeting ovulation-related or menstrual pain
Electro-acupuncture and cycle-specific protocols are adapted based on symptom response and flare patterns.
Phase 3: Neuromodulation and Pain Repatterning
The final phase focuses on long-term pelvic pain recovery.
Repeated pain can lead to pain “memory”, where the nervous system anticipates and amplifies symptoms. In this phase, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture are used strategically to support neuromodulation and improve how the body responds to pain signals.
Treatment is refined to:
- Increase endogenous beta-endorphin release
- Reduce pain memory and reactivity
- Improve tolerance to stress and daily demands
- Support more stable and predictable pain patterns
The aim is not complete symptom elimination, but reduced intensity, reduced frequency and improved confidence in managing pelvic pain.
