This is a 12-week package designed to support women and AFAB people who are experiencing symptoms related to their hormones or reproductive health. These may include irregular or absent cycles, painful periods, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause. It can also support you if you are coming off birth control or want to simply better understand your menstrual cycle – whether for your overall well-being or in preparation for conception. Using principally diet and lifestyle, and following cycle syncing principles, the Hormone Blueprint Package aims to help you regain control over cyclical symptoms and feel more in tune with your body. This is a 30 minute online consultation for existing clients who would like to review their supplement protocol but don't require a full follow up. The scope of this consultation is to review any supplement you are currently on and receive guidance and support in what you might want to consider / keep / change / discontinue. Diet and lifestyle is not discussed in this consultation. If you require a more comprehensive review, please schedule a follow up consultation.
